Developed by Valve Software, Counter Strike is a first-person shooter game modified by Minh Le aka Gooseman and Jess Cliffe from the game Half-Life. Introduced in 1999, the first version which is Counter-Strike 1.6 is much simpler than the new versions. Started as a fan mod of Half-Life, the game’s beta release had gained a steadily expanding progress. Now, as they improve this tactical game play, new maps and concepts are being introduced, hence, new versions and faster game plays are being released.
Another version of Counter Strike is Counter Strike: Condition Zero. This version, released in 2004, also has a multiplayer mode that has upgraded maps, characters and better graphics. But what made condition zero unique is the single-player mission pack that is used in unlocking new maps.
